Usage Information

Take this medication with or without food. This medication is metabolized by the liver and excreted by the kidneys; therefore dosages may be adjusted in patients who are suffering from liver or kidney dysfunction. In order to get the most benefit from this medication, use it regularly.

Dosage

Interactions

This drug should not be used with bosentan because very serious interactions may occur.
