How do I order?
Shopping at Cheapest Prescription Drugs is simple. Just find a product you wish to order from the product list and click on it. Simply fill in the information on the forms as they appear. Goods will be sent promptly, as soon as the we have verified your credit card details. All orders are received via a secure server, protected by 128bit encryption, to ensure that your details are kept private and to guarantee you peace of mind. Your credit card will be charged in the amount indicated on your order and plus postage and packaging. We can deliver to any address, including Post Office Boxes. Any items that are out of stock will be notified to you by email.

Where are you located?
We are located in Australia but source our medication from reputable wholesalers from around the world. All our products are made by respectable pharmaceutical companies and are shipped in original packaging. Delivery is by international airports and will reach you in 10-28 days.

What currency are the prices on the website in?
Prices on the website are in US dollars.

Do you guarantee your products?
At cutpricechemist.com we support our products and services with a 100% guarantee. All our products are sourced from reputable international pharmaceutical companies and suppliers. If your purchase is faulty in any way we'll be pleased to replace it. cutpricechemist.com is not responsible for orders lost due to unreliable postal services or incorrect address details.

How long do orders take to arrive?
Orders take between 10 and 28 days to arrive. We ship our orders daily on a first in first out system and the credit card is charged as the order is about to be sent. We use International Airmail for all of our orders with the final delivery time dependant on the reliability of your postal service. Orders generally arrive within 14 days, but a small percentage of order can take longer, due to delays in various postal services beyond our control.

Do you offer any express shipping services?
Sorry, we currently can not provide any express shipping services such as DHL or Fed-Ex.

How can I cancel my order?
We will not accept requests for cancellations once the order has been processed.

How can you provide these products without a prescription?
You do not need a prescription to by our products as we work under the laws of the countries we ship from. We do recommend you check with your local customs to see if it is okay to import these products.

How do I pay for my products?
We only accept the following credit cards for payment, Mastercard, Visa. We do not accept Money orders or checks.

I can not find the product I wish to order?
We are based outside the US and products are often sold under a different name. They are the same brand name product, sold by the same company under a different name or equivalent brand name product made by another pharmaceutical company. The equivalent US product is often listed in brackets next to each product.
